What data is collected
When you place an order: your name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number (if given) and order details. Card payments are handled by the payment provider; I never see or store your card details.
When you contact me: your name, email and message.
When you browse the site: technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, through cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
Why it is used
To process, deliver and handle returns for your order.
To reply to your messages.
To keep invoices and accounting records, as required by Spanish law.
To understand how the site is used, only if you accept cookies.
Who it is shared with
Only the services needed to run the shop: Squarespace (website and shop), [Stripe / PayPal] (payments), creativehub (printing and shipping prints), delivery carriers, and my accountant where required. Your data is never sold.
Some of these providers are outside the EU (for example in the US or UK). In those cases your data is protected by approved legal safeguards.
How long it is kept
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Spanish law requires (generally up to 6 years). Messages are deleted once your enquiry is resolved.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit or object to how it is used, or receive a copy of it. Email [your email] and you’ll get a reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
