Where I ship
I ship to [Spain / the EU / worldwide].
Original artworks
Originals are carefully packed by me and sent within [3–5] working days of your order. Larger pieces may take a little longer, and I’ll let you know if so.
Prints
Prints are made to order and shipped by my printing partner, creativehub. Please allow [5–10] working days for printing and delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
Delivery times
Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
Spain: [2–4] working days
Europe: [5–10] working days
Rest of the world: [7–21] working days
These are estimates, and delays can happen, especially around holidays.
Customs and import fees
Orders sent outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the price.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, email me at colleenokeefestudio@gmail.com and I’ll help sort it out.
