Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases made on www.colleenokeefestudio.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. The seller’s details are on the Imprint page.

  • Every effort is made to show the artwork accurately, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Original artworks are one of a kind. Prints are reproductions of the originals and are made to order.

  • Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

  • After ordering, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your order is accepted once it has been shipped. If an item turns out to be unavailable, you’ll be told straight away and given a full refund.

  • You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Details are on the Refund Policy page.

  • If an item is faulty, you’re protected by the legal guarantee under Spanish consumer law. Contact me at [your email] and it will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

  • Buying an original or a print gives you ownership of the physical piece only. All copyright stays with Colleen O’Keefe, and the artwork may not be reproduced without written permission.

  • How your personal data is used is explained in the Privacy Policy.

  • These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your rights under the laws of your country of residence.
