Refund Policy

Your right to cancel
You can cancel and return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just email colleenokeefestudio@gmail.com with your name, order number and the item you want to return. You can also use the form at the bottom of this page.

Returning your item
Please contact me before sending anything back and I’ll give you the return details. Return the item within 14 days of telling me you’re cancelling, in its original condition and well packaged. Return postage is paid by you, and I recommend a tracked service, as you’re responsible for the item until it arrives back with me.

Your refund
Once I receive the item back, I’ll refund the full price plus the original standard delivery cost within 14 days, using the same payment method you used. If the item has been damaged through handling, the refund may be reduced to reflect that.

Damaged or faulty items
If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, email me within 7 days with photos of the item and the packaging, and I’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including postage. This doesn’t affect your legal guarantee rights for faulty goods.

Custom commissions
Artwork made to your personal request cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
